As you are reading this, I am actually in Charlotte, NC at the Women of Faith conference.
My mom, sister-in-law and I have been attending this conference for years, so many years that I can’t actually remember how many years, but this is probably our 8th or 9th conference. We started going with a large group of women from my mom’s church but have since dwindled to just the three of us.
This is the last year of Women of Faith, their farewell tour, and I am a little sad about that. We look forward to this time every fall, a time of rest and renewal.
My sister is joining us this year for her first Women of Faith weekend. I am so excited for her, because I remember my first time at Women of Faith. It is an overwhelming, awe-inspiring feeling to look around and see thousands of women from all walks of life, singing and praising God.
And let me tell you, there is NOTHING like being in a stadium full of women praising God. Nothing.
So, I know that I am having a great weekend, and I hope you are, too!
Here’s a little sample of a Women of Faith weekend. Enjoy!
